Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience
- Expertise on project management methodologies, Microsoft Solutions Framework and
IBM Rational Unified Process
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, internal and external
customers
- Bachelors Degree
- Knowledge of Visio and Microsoft Project
Responsibilities:
- Act as customer advocate
- Manage shared project vision/scope
- Manage Statement of Work

As a Software Developer for Netsoft USA, you will work closely with our Business
Analysts to craft and define technical solutions for clients ranging from medium-sized
businesses to Fortune 500 companies. You will also be involved in architecting and
leading the development effort of new applications. The right person will embrace
change and have the ability to apply the best technology available with a high level
of enthusiasm, professionalism and confidence. As part of the engineering team you
will work in our offices in Manhattan performing project-based work for our clients.

Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5-7 years of development experience in .NET Web and Windows applications
- Strong C# (or VB.Net) and ASP.NET development experience
- Experience with XML, HTML
- Experience in MS SQL Server (or Oracle)
- Experience in data model and object design
Desired Abilities:
