Arto Ozgun
Co-founder & President
Arto Ozgun is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in operations
and financial management. His industry experience predominantly resides in professional
services, manufacturing and supply chain management. He is responsible for operational
and financial management of Netsoft USA. Under his leadership, Netsoft USA has experienced
double digit growth since its inception. Prior to joining Netsoft USA, Arto Ozgun
was in charge of operations at Pronto Jewelry, one of the largest bracelet manufacturing
organizations in the US. Mr. Ozgun holds a BA degree in Computer Programming.
Arman Ozgun
Co-founder & Managing Partner
Arman Ozgun has over 10 years experience in Management and Technology Consulting,
where he focuses on helping organizations improve business performance via strategic
process, organizational change and technology initiatives. His diverse background
includes process reengineering, strategy and operations, program management, IT
governance, systems design and architecture experience across a variety of industries
including healthcare, financial services and supply chain. Prior to joining Netsoft
USA as a managing partner, Arman Ozgun has led complex enterprise transformation
and technology projects for Ericsson, Avon Products, Dannon and Allied Irish Bank.
Arman Ozgun currently leads Netsoft USA’s Project Management Office and R&D group.
He is also responsible for extending corporate product and solution offerings to
new markets. Mr. Ozgun holds a BS degree in Mathematics and Engineering from Istanbul
Technical University.
Harry Collins
Managing Partner & Director of Development
Harry Collins is responsible for the management of all engineering and development
resources at Netsoft USA's New York City facilities. Mr. Collins has more than 25
years of experience in engineering development, with management positions at companies
including Digital Equipment Corporation and Adobe Systems Inc. Mr. Collins has successfully
founded several hi-tech startups (BluePoint, PointCast, and Uproar) and holds five
US Patents in advanced graphic algorithms. At Netsoft USA, Mr. Collins is utilizing
his deep experience to build and run a truly world-class engineering organization.
Mr. Collins holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Newark College of Engineering
(NJIT).
David Z Orban
Vice President of Marketing
David Orban brings more than 25 years of marketing leadership and market development
experience to his role at Netsoft USA, where he is focused on the development of
strategic initiatives relating to market growth and serving the company's client
base. An entrepreneurial marketer, he has a solid track record of building successful
marketing strategies and developing new market segments for technology companies,
helping to deliver double-digit year-over-year growth. His diverse background spans
the enterprise solutions space, including leading the launch of several technology
startups in financial services and new media. Mr. Orban was director of marketing
for Muze Inc., where he led the company’s rebranding and the successful introduction
of new channel programs and client-facing initiatives. Prior to that, as director
of marketing at then-startup Actimize, he launched market- and client-facing initiatives
that drove profitability and growth for that company. Mr. Orban has held similar
roles at Albridge Solutions and Princeton Financial Systems, as well as having been
a technology marketing consultant to the scientific publishing industry. Mr. Orban
earned his BA and MFA degrees from Brooklyn College, CUNY.
Phil Arko
Director of Product Management & User Experience Design
Phil Arko introduced the strategy and creative disciplines to Netsoft USA, calling
upon his more than 15 years of experience in product & brand strategy and user-centered
design at Siemens, Proxicom, the American Medical Association, and the American
Hospital Association. He has applied proven strategy & design processes to global
projects within several industries, notably logistics & automation, transportation,
building technologies, energy, medical devices & health care, financial services,
chemicals & pharmaceuticals, telecommunications & mobile devices, and media
& publishing. He has also lead significant research & development projects
on futuristic human-computer interaction paradigms. Mr. Arko holds a BA in Design
and an MS in Human-Computer Interaction, both of which are from DePaul University.
He is currently working toward an MBA at New York University.
Sergey Barikyan
Managing Director, Yerevan
Sergey Barikyan has more than 10 years of IT experience and more than 6 years management
experience with AAL, the largest national air carrier. Mr. Barikyan started his
IT career at HSBC Bank, where he gained considerable technical and process management
experience. At HPL and Synopsys, the world’s leading software solution providers
for the semiconductor industry, Mr. Barikyan worked closely with semiconductor giants
such as IBM, Toshiba, and ST for supporting semiconductor design software, intellectual
property (IP), design for manufacturing (DFM) solutions, and professional services
that companies use to design systems-on-chips (SoCs) and electronic systems. Mr.
Barikyan holds an Engineer’s Degree from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute as well as
MS in Mechanical Engineering from Yerevan State Engineering University.
Moshe Naimi
Director of Sales & Marketing
With more than 22 years experience in software engineering, marketing, sales, and
general business operations, Moshe Naimi leads the sales and marketing initiatives
at Netsoft USA. Mr. Naimi has a diverse background in providing innovative ERP,
business intelligence, supply chain management, and custom-developed applications
to a range of different industries. Prior to joining Netsoft USA, Mr. Naimi was
the President of Cross Point Solutions, his own software consulting firm providing
business analytics and SCM optimization solutions to manufacturing and distribution
companies. He has held positions in business and sales management, marketing, and
product development at Camo Software, Eisner Consulting, AT&T Bell Laboratories,
and other companies. Mr. Naimi holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from
Purdue University, an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of
Wisconsin Madison, and an MBA degree from Rutgers University.
